What style of cuisine awaits you?
With us, the DNA of German cuisine is translated into new worlds of taste. In doing so we are orientating ourselves on the best regional, sustainable as well as seasonal products.
How much do the menus cost?
Our large tasting menu with seven courses in the restaurant JAN costs excluding drinks 320.00 Euro. If you wish, you can extend it with our daily signature dishes from the extra menu. At noon we also offer the possibility of a shortened version of the menu for 275.00 Euro.
Are there also vegetarian and vegan dishes?
Our tasting menu is based on the best components of fish, shellfish and meat. Please understand that we do not offer vegan dishes. After consultation and advance notice at least 48 hours before the reservation, we can offer you vegetarian alternatives.
What to do in case of food allergy?
If you have a food allergy, please inform us at least 48 hours before your visit. We try to take into account slight allergies and intolerances. However, if these are life-threatening to your health, please understand that we cannot bear this responsibility.
Where you can make a reservation?
Reservations are only possible online. Please use our online tool.
Why it is not possible to make a reservation on my desired date?
If a reservation is not possible on your desired date, we are fully booked out on that day. In this case, please register yourself on the waiting list in our reservation tool, you will be informed as soon as we have any availability.
What are the opening hours?
We are open for you on the following days:

Why is it necessary to provide a credit card for a reservation?
Your credit card will only be charged in case of a no-show or late cancellation. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance, we allow ourselves to charge per person a fee of 320.00 Euro, issued as a voucher. For the reservation itself and a timely cancellation (more than 48 hours before) you will not incur any costs.
What happens if the arrival is delayed?
If you are a few minutes late, this will not be a problem for your visit. In case of an extraordinary delay, please understand that we will have to shorten the menu, the menu price remains unchanged.
By when is a cancellation free of charge accepted?
Cancellations are only accepted via the link in our confirmation email and must be received by us at least 48 hours before the reserved date.
What happens if you cancel on the day of the reservation?
In this case we allow us to charge a fee of 320.00 Euro per person, issued as a voucher.
How can you change the number of persons for your reservation later on?

Is it possible to make a reservation with children?
You are welcome to make a reservation with children. In this case we ask you to contact us in advance at email@example.com to discuss details.
Is it possible to make a reservation with a dog?
You are welcome to bring your dog to your visit to the restaurant. In this case we ask you to contact us in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the details.
What happens if you tell us about your food allergy only at your visit?
If you have a food allergy, please inform us at least 48 hours before your visit. If we get this information only at your visit, we won’t have the opportunity to respond.
Is the restaurant accessible with a wheelchair?
Of course. Our restaurant is barrier-free and additionally equipped with a wheelchair accessible toilet.
