Each menu incorporates the flavor profile of the best regional products as well as the DNA of German cuisine, which Jan Hartwig reinterprets and translates into his own language. Sustainability as well as respect for animal welfare and the seasons are important criteria for us, which is why our menu changes regularly.

Menu & dietary requirements:
For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to offer vegan menus.
However, upon prior request (at least 48 hours before your reservation), we are happy to prepare a meat-free, fish-free, or pescatarian menu for you.
We can only accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions to a limited extent. Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances when making your reservation, or no later than 48 hours before your visit, so that we can assess whether we are able to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, requests received later cannot be considered.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee a safe gluten-free dining experience for guests with coeliac disease, as cross-contamination cannot be ruled out. We are also unable to offer lactose-free menus.

If desired, the menu can be supplemented with a wine accompaniment.
